This Policy shall be in force from the date mentioned herein above and shall continue to be in effect and force till the relationship of Customer-Service Provider subsists between us. You shall reserve a right to terminate the Agreement in case there is a breach of any obligations, terms and conditions of this Agreement by us and knowledge has been given to us through a written representation and such breach is not rectified within a reasonable time by us.
If any provision of this Policy is or is otherwise rendered invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then in that event, the said provision will be modified in such manner and to such an extent possible such that the same becomes valid, legal and enforceable and retains the real intention expressed in the Policy.
